SALES & DELIVERY POLICY

Our sales and delivery policies start from a position of trust and respect. We trust that you will be behave honestly and sincerely and you should expect the same from us. We will always strive to provide a service with which delivers what you requested.

DVD Sales
DVD’s are currently available in PAL versions only unless stated explicitly.

The movies are principally English language and only available in other languages where explicitly indicated. Where movies are available in other languages it will be explicitly indicted if this version is subtitled or dubbed or both.

DVD Delivery
The cost of DVD delivery is included in the price of a DVD in following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican.

Delivery Times
We may ship from more than one location depending on customer demand. Customers should allow between 5 – 14 days for delivery in Western Europe.

In the UK we expect the DVD to reach its destination one or two days after dispatch.

Other destination in Western European usually take two days longer than the UK and other destinations Internationally up to a further two weeks.
 

Delayed and Missing Orders
Please allow 7 days from expected date of delivery of UK orders before contacting us. For other Western European destinations please allow 14 days, other European and International destinations outside please allow 28 days from expected date of delivery.

You should contact your local postal service, or your local Sorting Office or Post Office as they may have had difficulty delivering the item and have it waiting there for you.

Postage Refunds for Returned Items
If the DVD tests faulty on your equipment, please contact us, return the goods to us and we will provide you with a credit for your postage.

We withhold the right not to refund your postage if the DVD does not test faulty on our equipment, however, normally we will accept the cost without question on the first occasion you have problems with a DVD which does not play on your equipment but which we test as working.
 
Faulty and Damaged Goods
If your order from us arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will give a credit for the return postage. We will organise a replacement, at our discretion this maybe only after we have received the damaged item.

If you have any complaints or problems regarding our products or services please feel free to contact using the contact information above.

Legal Note
The Legal title to the DVD passes to the customer at the point of despatch wherever that is. This means that the customer is the legal importer of the goods which come from outside your country of delivery and must therefore ensure compliance with all laws and regulations of their country in this regard.

The legal relationship between European Drama Network and the customer is governed by the laws of the country of despatch.
